Cancelling or Missed Appointments. Since payment is expected at the time of scheduling, it is important to know that there may be a fee for cancelled or missed appointments.
Customers wishing to reschedule or cancel an appointment should do so:

· by webform at ReikiSue4u.com contact us page.
Customers may reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.
Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment where a refund is requested will be subject to a $15 fee. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to show on your credit card.
No-shows will not be reimbursed. Customers arriving more than 15 minutes after their appointment start time will be considered a no-show.
Frequent cancellations or no-shows may result in inability to schedule with Reikisue4u.com.
Should Reikisue4u.com need to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the customer will be contacted as soon as possible and will be given priority rebooking or a full refund if desired.
